Selling

RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate is connected and your property will be as well. My combination of skill, experience, and technology ensures that I can sell your home for the highest possible price and in the shortest period of time. I have the tools to meet the demands of a highly competitive, modern market.

My Unique Automated Internet Marketing System Online Presence: Available 24 hours a day!

My online marketing system allows me to make information accessible 24-hours a day, and to respond immediately and directly to each and every prospective buyer. From my website, prospective buyers can get information immediately about your home. They can access my site 24 hours a day and view your property listing and details! Through my Personal Home Search, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in my database, where your home meets their criteria. Plus it will be e-mailed automatically to future prospective buyers as well.

Strategic Affiliations

The network of websites that your property may be exposed to includes ReMax.ca the worlds largest international network of real estate brokers. Re/Max Sea to Sky Real Estate is also a member of the Board of Regents of Luxury Real Estate (http://www.luxuryrealestate.com) a global network of over 1,900 luxury real estate brokerages, with 120,000 affiliates located in more than 65 countries. By using our established listing tools, combining these two incredible sites with our local network ensures your property will get the maximum exposure possible.

Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, it will be entered in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. In the Sea to Sky corridor, we also use our own Whistler Listing Service (WLS) to compliment the MLS which not all agents use. Your property will be listed and displayed on the WLS as well, which is the main listing resourse for Whistler and Pemberton agents. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

Social Marketing

Social Marketing is a relatively new and explosive marketing industry. I use Facebook, Twitter and Blogging to help your property reach the world and as many prospective clients as possible.

Pricing Your Home

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will supply the information required to help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area with similar zoning. We will also look at currently listed properties which will be our competition, to get a good feel for where we will fit into the curent marketplace. You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value.

Every Step Of The Way...

If your home requires staging or you need trades people to get your property ready for market, I can help. I will be working for you every step of the way to make sure that you get the highest possible price for your home in the shortest period of time.
