Just as Lost Lake is no longer lost, 'For Sale' properties in Whistler are almost all available to view at one central location thanks to the Real Estate Association of Whister (REAW). The listing data is available through WhistlerListings.com, a private listing service officially launched in December by local company Whistler Listings System, which is owned by two local brokers, Ann Chiasson of RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate and Pat Kelly of Whistler Real Estate. The Real Estate Weekly (REW) posted a detailed write up.
The only properties not available through this site should be available to view at Realtor.ca which can be linked to from here. This will have all MLS reciprocity listings. Monday, November 1, 2010 Here comers the snowAfter a perfect ending to October, Whistler woke this morning to a thin blanket of fresh snow on the Nicklaus North Golf Course and much of the valley. Mother nature kept the moisture away while the kids invaded the neighborhoods to fill bags with candy and then overnight winter decide to get started. The green grass is still poking through the snow on the fairways, but the blend of green and white is a sure sign that the mountains will be open and the cross country trails will be getting ready soon.
